Sunday, 6 p.m. I’m home. I'm lazy. The doorbell rings. My 6-year old niece pays me a visit. She looks up… all smiles, twinkling eyes and stories to tell. In a flash I’m all charged-up. My arms wide-open and I pick her up. For next few hours we are blissfully oblivious… giggling and perfect!
Holding, assuring, and soothing that has been prime functions of our arms and shoulders. Hey that’s kind of easy… yet have we flexed them lately?
